This month’s newsletter is arriving late to your inbox because I spent the last two weeks in Lisbon attending Web3 and tech entrepreneurship events. It was great and exciting but also overwhelming. I’m still processing it all.
And even though I was pretty busy, I read many articles, some books, and many Twitter threads.
On books, I finally reached my goal of reading 30 books in 2022. Check my favorites below.
I’ve also spent some time reading about Peer-Review and its challenges.
And about the problems of Science and Academia.
Here’s my favorite content from October:
[Questions] Patrick Collison’s Questions to answer
[Beliefs] Nat Friedman's Ideas and Beliefs
[Frameworks] Recipes to build enduring, mass-market businesses by Sarah Tavel
[Web3] Gassing the Miracle Machine
[Future] Nanotechnology’s spring by Eli Dourado
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to hit reply on this email!
Have a great week,
Inês
